Lindsay Olshan,Lindsay Olshan, LMFT-ATR-PAT, is the Founder of FADEN (@wearefaden), a psychedelic retreat company dedicated to helping women remember themselves in community with other women. Through immersive, transformative experiences, FADEN reconnects participants to their sovereign right to heal and witness themselves in each other and the greater cycles of nature and existence.
A seasoned Marriage and Family Therapist with over 19 years of experience, Lindsay has supported individuals, couples, and families through complex trauma, grief, PTSD, depression, addiction, and other symptoms of disconnection. Her personal journey with multi-generational trauma led her beyond traditional therapy to explore somatics, breathwork, and psychedelic-assisted therapy. Through this path, she discovered the power of surrender—learning to release what no longer serves, embrace both shadow and light, and create safe, transformative spaces for deep healing.
Lindsay’s expertise is enriched by training with leading figures in psychotherapy, breathwork, and psychedelic medicine, including Dr. Michael Mithoefer and Mary Cosimano of MAPS and Johns Hopkins University. She also maintains a thriving private practice in San Francisco, where she offers Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) alongside traditional modalities. Deeply committed to ongoing learning, she continues to refine her skills through advanced trainings, including CIIS’s Graduate Certificate in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy and MAPS certification. Fluent in English, French, and the language of metaphor, she holds space for what is unseen but deeply felt—bridging science, soul, and the expansive human experience.
Sonia Bercel Collins is passionate about creating transformational spaces where women can reconnect with themselves and gain the clarity needed to move forward with confidence. As a yoga teacher and leadership coach, she has worked with thousands of women worldwide—from entrepreneurs to moms to executives—helping them navigate the challenges of personal and professional growth. She understands the isolation that can come with pursuing ambitious goals, especially when redefining success in a way that challenges old assumptions. Her mission is to foster deep connections among women, creating supportive environments that ignite profound personal transformation.
Drawing from a 20-year career in tech and media, she integrates a range of modalities into her coaching and retreats, including yoga, mindfulness-based stress reduction, design thinking, and somatic parts therapy. She is a Co-Active Certified Coach (CPCC) and a 200-hour YTT graduate, having trained with respected teachers such as Jason Crandell, Stephanie Snyder, Nat Kendall and Anna Hughes. With additional expertise in experience design, behavioral change, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), she is dedicated to curating immersive, transformational experiences that empower women to rediscover themselves and create a life aligned with their true purpose.
